Program Overview
The Tranos Graduate Internship Program is designed to provide young engineering graduates with hands-on industry experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned departments with project execution and daily operations
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities
- Shadow experienced engineers and learn industry best practices
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any engineering discipline (CGPA 3.5/5 or equivalent)
- ND/HND holders with relevant practical training in engineering fields are encouraged to apply
- Must have been mobilized for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, and technical innovation
