🎯 Purpose of the Internship
This internship offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience in programme implementation and social policy development. Interns will support ongoing projects, contribute to research and reporting, and engage with partners to strengthen social protection systems.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Support development of data-driven reports and documentation
- Assist in coordinating activities related to social protection and public finance
- Contribute to programme planning, monitoring, and evaluation
- Ensure data quality and consistency in project implementation
- Provide insights to inform programme design and decision-making
- Support logistics, meetings, and coordination with government partners
✅ Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a current Nigerian student (200 level or above)
- Studying Social Sciences, Public Policy, Administration, or related fields
- Strong academic performance
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and report writing
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- No immediate relatives working with UNICEF
