The Dataphyte Foundation Recruiting field enumerators nationwide
The Dataphyte Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Field Enumerator. This is to support the nationwide Police Service Access Gap Research across Nigeria. This research initiative aims to examine how citizens access police services. It also explores the challenges they encounter when seeking assistance from law enforcement agencies. As a result, the study will generate evidence-based insights that can help improve police service delivery. Moreover, it will strengthen police-community relations and enhance safety and security across the country.
The project will involve data collection across all 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria. Selected enumerators will be responsible for gathering information from community members. They will also document their experiences regarding access to police services. The findings from the research will contribute to policy recommendations and practical solutions. These solutions will address gaps in police accessibility and improve trust between citizens and law enforcement institutions.
The Dataphyte Foundation is seeking individuals with experience in field data collection, surveys, or community engagement. Applicants who demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. In addition, those who show the ability to interact effectively with community members are welcome. The opportunity is open to individuals with educational qualifications including SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or a Degree.
The position is available nationwide, and applications are open to candidates residing in any state across Nigeria. There will be one enumerator slot available for each of the 774 Local Government Areas.
