Talent Lab is recruiting Data Collectors
Talent Lab is currently recruiting Data Collectors on behalf of a client for a short term field assignment across multiple states in Nigeria. This recruitment exercise is aimed at supporting a nationwide health systems assessment focused on evaluating the readiness of BHCPF supported Primary Health Care facilities for Electronic Medical Records deployment.
The assignment will run for a period of three weeks and will involve structured data collection activities across selected PHC facilities in twelve states including Adamawa Bauchi Niger Nasarawa Kano Jigawa Anambra Imo Akwa Ibom Rivers Oyo and Lagos. Selected candidates will work closely with supervisors and field coordinators to ensure accurate and timely collection of data using approved digital tools.
The ideal candidates should possess at least a National Diploma or Bachelor degree in Public Health Health Informatics Statistics or a related discipline. Applicants must demonstrate familiarity with local communities within their assigned states as well as the ability to communicate effectively in relevant local languages such as Yoruba Pidgin English Igbo and Hausa where applicable. Experience with digital data collection platforms such as ODK is an added advantage.
Candidates must be highly organized able to manage time effectively and capable of working under pressure in field environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality are essential for this role. Previous experience in field data collection surveys or health related research will be beneficial but is not strictly mandatory.
