  • Location: Abuja (FCT) – Remote
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

💼 Role Overview

You will be part of the Administration & Project Management team, providing critical operational support that ensures smooth execution of activities across the organization.

This role involves managing day-to-day administrative systems, logistics, procurement, travel coordination, vendor management, and documentation, helping teams deliver efficiently across projects, meetings, and international engagements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle procurement, logistics, facilities, and office coordination
  • Support bookings (travel, accommodation, meetings, events)
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records

2. Internal Service Delivery

  • Execute internal service requests using approved SOPs and templates
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and service providers

3. Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Develop and share “how-to” guides for internal processes
  • Maintain structured trackers for requests, approvals, and timelines

4. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track operational tasks from request to completion
  • Provide updates, flag delays early, and ensure accountability

🎓 Requirements

  • ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Operations / Supply Chain
    • Accounting / Finance
    • Social Sciences or related fields
  • Experience:
    • 6–18 months experience in administration, operations, logistics, procurement, or similar roles
    • Includes internships, NYSC, volunteering, or student projects

✅ Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail (invoices, bookings, records, approvals)
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and service providers
  • Proficiency in:
    • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
    • Tools like Zoho, Bitrix, or shared trackers
  • Professional, reliable, discreet, and responsive
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
