Key Responsibilities
- Lead global advocacy strategies and implementation
- Develop policy papers, statements, and UN-level inputs
- Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement
- Support speech writing and communications outputs
- Oversee social media and website content alignment
- Contribute to research dissemination and reporting
- Participate in fundraising and organizational development

Essential Requirements
- Must be 34 years or younger
- Strong experience in:
- Advocacy (especially drug policy / human rights)
- Project management
- Communications & content creation
- Understanding of UN systems and civil society engagement
- Experience with tools like:
- WordPress
- Canva
- Slack / Google Drive
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- High level of cultural competence and professionalism

- Lived/living experience related to drug policy issues
- Strong design/content skills (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Slack, Google Drive)
