As a Customer Service Representative at TasklyAfrica, you will be the frontline voice for international clients, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience across different time zones.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet performance targets (call volume, CSAT, resolution time)
- Follow scripts, company policies, and standard procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
✅ Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear or neutral accent)
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet and professional home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours, including U.S. business hours
