We are currently seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing RCM team in the following capacities:
1. Payment Posters (RCM)
We are looking for Payment Posters responsible for the accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance companies and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post electronic (ERA) and manual (EOB) payments into the billing system with high precision.
• Reconcile daily batches and ensure all entries balance.
• Identify and report trends in underpayments or incorrect denials.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in RCM Payment Posting.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and understanding of EOB/ERA codes.
2. Medical Billers (RCM)
We are seeking Medical Billers to manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring that healthcare providers are reimbursed accurately for their services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit clean claims to various insurance carriers.
• Review and resolve claim rejections and simple denials.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits where required.
• Ensure all billing activities align with the latest coding and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is mandatory.
• Skills: Thorough knowledge of the RCM lifecycle, ICD-10/CPT codes, and payer portals.
General Qualifications & Terms
• Technical Requirement: Candidates must have verifiable experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW)software.
• Notice Period: We prefer Immediate Joiners.
• Documentation: Candidates must provide proper relieving letters/documentation from previous employers.
• Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
