Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain efficient records management systems in line with MSF policies
• Ensure proper classification, storage, and retrieval of both physical and electronic records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive organizational information
• Support departments with document tracking and archiving processes
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in digitization and database management of records where necessary
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Degree or HND in a relevant field such as Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or related discipline
• Proven experience in records management, data handling, or administrative roles is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and document management systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
