Greenfood – The Natural Chicken Company, a fast-growing natural poultry and protein brand, is currently hiring a Business Development & Social Media Associate to join its team in Abuja, Nigeria.

Job Title: Business Development & Social Media Associate
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus (up to 5%)

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers, reactivating inactive clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role also involves managing the company’s social media presence and converting online engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and expand the client base
• Reactivate inactive customers to drive repeat business
• Visit restaurants, hotels, caterers, and food businesses across Abuja
• Manage customer engagement on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support brand visibility and growth through social media platforms

Requirements:

• OND, ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, customer service, or social media management
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or hospitality is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both online and offline)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to reside in Abuja
