Role Summary:
The consultant will lead planning, supplier coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution of two high-profile convenings. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality events aligned with Malala Fund’s strategic goals on male allyship and girls’ education.
Who Should Apply:
Project managers with strong experience in event delivery, vendor coordination, budget management, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Candidates must be Abuja-based and available between March and July 2026.

– One-page cover note summarising relevant event delivery experience and confirming availability from March to July 2026
– Two examples of similar projects delivered including scope, role, and outcomes
– Short description of how delivery will be resourced including what will be handled directly and what will be subcontracted
Budget:
Consultancy fee based on experience and level of effort
Approved work-related expenses will be covered in line with Malala Fund policy
