Experience requirements vary by level: Entry Trainees (ET) should possess 1–2 years of experience in a commercial bank, Assistant Banking Officers (ABO) require 3–4 years, Banking Officers (BO) should have 5–6 years, while Senior Banking Officers (SBO) must demonstrate 6–7 years of relevant banking experience.
