Presidential African Youth in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Competition highlights the growing AI opportunities for Africans.
The competition is a flagship continental initiative advancing Africa’s leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) through Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Emerging Technologies. It also highlights AI opportunities for Africans and inspires engagement in new frontier technologies. It is co-convened by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) and Ele-vate AI Africa. This initiative unites policy, industry, and innovation to empower Africa’s youth and accelerate inclusive, technology-driven development. Clearly, AI opportunities for Africans are growing rapidly.
Eligibility:
•Open to African youth aged 15 – 35 years. Applicants under 18 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
•Teams or individuals can participate. In fact, AI opportunities for Africans are available regardless of whether you apply as a team or individual.
