Job Description
Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) is implementing a 10-week full time Legislative Internship Program with support from the European Union (EU) for young Nigerians who wish to gain knowledge of legislative practice and process at the National Assembly.
Requirements
(i) At least, a first degree in any discipline from a Tertiary Institution
(ii) Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Program (Compulsory)
(iii) Good English writing and speaking skills
(iv) Good computer skills
(v) Between 21 and 35 years of age
Benefits
Only stipends to cover transportation and lunch costs within Abuja will be provided. Other logistics expenses will be borne by the interns. It is advised that prospective interns be able to reside within Abuja or bear the cost of residing in Abuja throughout the duration of the internship as PLAC will not provide accommodation.
Deadline
All applications must be received by Tuesday, 6th August 2024. Applications sent after this date or in breach of the application procedure will not be considered. The platform allows for only one submission per candidate.
