Nolton Africa is excited to welcome a Project Officer to our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about execution, organization, and supporting high-impact projects across Africa, this role is for you.

We are a strategy and innovation consulting firm helping social enterprises, foundations, and development actors design, build, and scale sustainable impact models across Africa.

As a Project Officer, you’ll work closely with our Project Associate to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective communication across all ongoing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in keeping our projects aligned, our partners informed, and our operations running with excellence.

Our ideal candidate should be able to:

– Support the Project Associate in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities.

– Assist with documentation, reporting, designing, and project briefs where needed.

– Managing projects, communication for clients, and other assigned tasks.

– Help prepare schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and status updates.

– Participate in proposal development, research, data gathering, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

– Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain accurate project files.
