💼 Role: State Expansion / Field Operations Leader
📍 Location: Kano, Jigawa, or Gombe (Nigeria)
📅 Start Date: ASAP

🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. State Entry & Launch
- Lead site selection and community mapping
- Set up operational structures (districts, PODs)
- Recruit and onboard local teams
2. Programme & Commercial Operations
- Deliver full-season operations (Credit, Cash, Trees, Extension)
- Manage enrollment, training, repayment cycles
- Own revenue and P&L targets
3. Leadership
- Lead and coach field teams
- Build high-performance culture
- Manage staff retention and development
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with community leaders
- Drive trust and farmer participation
5. Performance & Risk Management
- Use data to improve execution
- Manage operational and credit risks
- Recommend scale-up decisions
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture, Business, Economics, or related)
- 5+ years experience, including:
- 3+ years leading teams or operations
- Strong skills in:
- Project management
- Data analysis
- Team leadership
- Stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to:
- Work in rural areas
- Travel frequently
- English fluency required (local language like Hausa is a plus)
