AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY
- Programme Coordination and Supervision
Support programme planning, coordination, implementation and supervision to ensure activities are delivered effectively and according to established objectives.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning
Contribute to monitoring programme performance, evaluating results, conducting research and documenting lessons to improve programme quality and outcomes.
- Data Collection and Research
Support field data collection, surveys, research activities and information management while ensuring accuracy, reliability and proper documentation of findings.
- Community and Social Mobilization
Engage communities and relevant stakeholders, support awareness campaigns and encourage community participation in programme activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should possess the following:
- Relevant experience in research, health, data collection, programme coordination or programme implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with teams, communities and relevant stakeholders.
- Willingness to support programme activities across different locations in Nigeria, as required.
