Role Overview
Matrix Energy Limited is recruiting Station Supervisors to support daily fuel station operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain strict compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Station Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and schedule station attendants
- Ensure proper cash control and timely remittance
- Oversee product discharge and inventory management
- Conduct daily safety drills and enforce compliance
- Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Support achievement of sales targets
Qualifications
- OND, NCE, HND, BSc, or MSc
- Experience in retail, oil & gas, or station operations is an advantage

Candidates should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing both staff and operational processes efficiently.
