The Retail Station Manager serves as the overall lead for station operations, overseeing safety, sales, customer service, and overall business performance. The role is responsible for coordinating financial and human resources to achieve operational and commercial targets.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly station environment while maintaining high standards in product quality and service delivery. The Manager will drive sales performance, oversee inventory management to minimize stock losses, and coordinate marketing activities to meet business objectives.
The role also involves maintaining accurate data management systems for tracking sales, inventory, and financial performance, as well as preparing periodic reports. Additionally, the Manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders to protect the company’s reputation and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Strong leadership is required to manage station personnel effectively, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and fostering a productive work environment.
Applicants should possess a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of the oil and gas industry.
