💼 ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Drilling Supervisor:
• Serve as rig-site authority ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations
• Supervise rig crew and service providers while ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Monitor well control, costs, and operational performance in real-time
Fluids Engineer:
• Design and manage drilling and completion fluid systems
• Monitor and maintain mud properties for safe drilling operations
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
🎓 REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience (7–10+ years depending on role) in oil & gas operations
• Relevant certifications such as IWCF, BOSIET/HUET, and H2S
• Strong technical expertise, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills
