🏥 1. Regional Quality Advisor (RQA)

Location: Kaduna

Employment Type: Full-time

🧾 Overall Responsibility

The Regional Quality Advisor (RQA) is responsible for maintaining high clinical standards in line with MSI’s global “One World, One Standard” approach. The role ensures quality service delivery across all clinical channels.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Conduct competency assessments for doctors and nurses
  • Supervise clinical service rollout across centers
  • Investigate and report clinical incidents
  • Contribute to clinical standards and protocol development

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across clinics, outreach, and partner facilities
  • Conduct needs assessments and QTA visits
  • Maintain clinician database and competency records
  • Ensure proper storage and quality of medical products

Technical Support

  • Coordinate clinical trainings and materials
  • Identify training gaps and organize capacity-building sessions
  • Monitor and resolve issues from training and service delivery

Supervision & Administration

  • Track licenses and certifications
  • Maintain reports, databases, and training records
  • Address operational complaints and recommend improvements

🎓 Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Midwifery (BSc/MPH preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience
  • Experience in Sexual & Reproductive Health (essential)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
