Role Overview

These roles are critical for overseeing and driving key projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidates will possess a robust background in project management, a proven ability to lead teams, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status.
• Manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
• Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in a Project Manager role or similar capacity.
• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, etc.).
• Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills.
