A non profit organization based in Lagos is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Partnerships and Donor Engagement Lead.
The role focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships as well as strengthening donor relationships to support program growth and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships with corporates foundations and stakeholders identifying and managing donor relationships supporting grant writing and fundraising campaigns maintaining accurate records and reports coordinating events and engagement activities and collaborating with internal teams to meet partnership objectives.
Candidates are expected to have proven experience in partnerships donor engagement or resource mobilization along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The role requires the ability to work independently take initiative and deliver results effectively. Applicants must be residents of Abuja or Lagos with preference for Lagos based candidates.
