Minimum qualifications and experience
– Agronomist / Farm Manager: Higher National Diploma (HND) or BSc in Agriculture, Crop Science or related field
– At least 4 years’ experience in field crop production and orchard management (for Agronomist)
– Experience in greenhouse vegetable production and management is an advantage
Required skills and attributes
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– Excellent communication, report writing and organisational skills
– High level of integrity, honesty and responsibility
– Familiarity with social media and smart agriculture tools
