AREAi is inviting passionate and dedicated female educators to join its Mobile Technical Literacy MTL Program in Kaduna State Nigeria. AREAi is a youth led non profit organisation committed to advancing equitable access to quality learning across Africa. As part of its expansion in Kaduna State, and for those interested in jobs in Kaduna, the organisation is seeking motivated facilitators to support program delivery on the ground and help drive meaningful community impact.
To further this mission of promoting equitable access to quality education and developing functional digital skills, with a particular focus on girls’ education, AREAi is seeking Female Facilitators who have advanced proficiency in Hausa and basic mobile technical skills. These Facilitators will deliver the Mobile Technical Literacy Program aimed at reaching a total of 1,860 adolescent girls across fourteen Local Government Areas in Kaduna State including Chikun Igabi Jaba Jema’a Kachia Kaduna North Kaduna South Kagarko Kaura Kaubau Kudan Lere and Soba. The program aims to improve health outcomes and future work readiness while addressing the gender digital divide. Many of these roles represent jobs available in Kaduna.
Selected facilitators will lead hands on learning sessions, guide participants’ skill development, and contribute to building both technical competencies and self confidence among young girls.
