QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant customer service or customer support experience.
- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc. or HND.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Candidates must possess a valid NYSC exemption or exclusion certificate where applicable.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable supporting customers in an offline environment, and demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.
