The program is designed to provide emerging professionals with practical experience while enabling them to contribute to initiatives focused on youth development, democracy, civic participation, digital innovation, AI for social impact, and community development.

The program is recruiting Impact Associates for the following roles:
- Admin & Finance Associate
- Digital Communication Associate
- Graphic Design Associate
- Program Associate
Who Can Apply?
The program is suitable for individuals who:
- Have a strong interest in social impact and community development.
- Are passionate about youth development, democracy, technology, or civic engagement.
- Are creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Can work independently and collaboratively.
- Are available to participate in a hybrid working arrangement.
- Have relevant skills or previous professional experience, although prior professional experience is not mandatory.
Passion, commitment, willingness to learn, and relevant skills are considered important for prospective applicants.
Location Requirement
This opportunity is open to Abuja residents only.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in or around Life Camp, Lugbe, Wuse, Jabi, Wuye, Utako, and Garki, due to the hybrid nature of the program.
