HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
SALARY: N200,000 | LOCATION: REMOTE (OPEN TO AFRICANS)
Our client, a capital management company, is looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist.
The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and talent retention across diverse industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies and comprehensive onboarding programs.
- Design and implement HR processes, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Develop and implement performance metrics, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks.
- Establish clear performance goals and expectations for each role/team.
- Develop robust employee retention packages and lead team-building activities.
- Implement systems and tools to track resource allocation, performance metrics, and KPis.
- Provide HR advisory services to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of business administration or project management experience as HR personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems.
- Proven success and experience working in an HR department across Africa.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
