About the Project
Giant Consulting & Advisory Services Limited has been awarded a significant Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) assignment focused on educational and school infrastructure interventions across six key states in North-East Nigeria. The project aims to ensure accountability and effectiveness by monitoring school construction and rehabilitation activities, the delivery of educational services, and compliance with established quality and standard benchmarks.

Purpose of the Expression of Interest
To ensure comprehensive and robust field-level data collection and monitoring, Giant Consulting is seeking to partner with qualified Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) that are based and operational within the target states. This partnership is crucial for gaining deep insights, verifying progress on the ground, and fostering community engagement.

Scope of Work for Selected CBOs
Partner organizations will play a vital role in the project’s success by:
• Conducting regular field monitoring visits to designated schools and project sites.
• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data using provided digital tools and mobile applications.
• Verifying the physical progress and quality of school infrastructure development and rehabilitation works.
• Engaging actively with school authorities, community leaders, parents, and beneficiaries to gather feedback and insights.
• Reporting detailed observations, identified risks, implementation challenges, and successes.
• Supporting validation exercises and conducting spot checks as required by the project team.

Eligibility Criteria for Interested Organizations
Organizations seeking to partner with Giant Consulting must meet the following criteria:
• Legal Status: Be a legally registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) or local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
• Operational Presence: Must be legally registered and actively operational in one of the following target states: Adamawa, Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe, or Taraba. Note: An organization may apply for partnership in only one state.
• Relevant Experience: Possess verifiable experience in areas such as education sector monitoring, infrastructure project oversight, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), or community development.
• Community Acceptance: Demonstrate a strong local presence and a positive acceptance within the communities where they operate.
• Field Capacity: Have trained field staff or dedicated volunteers capable of undertaking data collection and monitoring tasks.
• Responsiveness: Ability to deploy teams at short notice when required for project activities.
• Technological Readiness: Possess basic digital data collection capacity, including the availability of smartphones or tablets for field data entry.

Required Submission Details
Interested CBOs are requested to submit a concise Expression of Interest (EOI) not exceeding two pages. The EOI should include the following information:
1. Organization name, full address, and the specific state of operation for application.
2. Year of registration and confirmation of legal status.
3. A brief summary of relevant experience, highlighting similar assignments undertaken.
4. The proposed state of application (ensure only one state is specified).
5. Details of available field personnel and their geographical coverage (mentioning specific Local Government Areas if applicable).
6. Contact person’s full name, phone number, and profession al email address.
