💼 POSITION 1: CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
📍 Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Rivers, Nigeria
🕐 Employment Type: Full-time
🎓 Qualification: OND, HND or BSc/BA
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
✅ Provide professional and positive client service experiences.
✅ Handle customer onboarding and account opening.
✅ Conduct KYC validation and regulatory compliance checks.
✅ Process account upgrades and maintenance requests.
✅ Support card issuance and card lifecycle management.
✅ Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and service requests.
✅ Educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels.
✅ Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
✅ Support audits and compliance activities.
✅ Escalate and resolve customer and operational issues appropriately.
✅ Coordinate with other departments to resolve client-related matters.
🎓 Requirements
Applicants should have:
🔹 Minimum OND in a relevant field.
🔹 At least 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative.
🔹 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Ability to provide efficient, professional and friendly client support.
🔹 Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and technical assistance skills.
🔹 Excellent record-keeping abilities.
🔹 Willingness and ability to travel to client locations when required.
🔹 Ability to stay updated on developments in client services.
