We are currently expanding our operations within Northern Nigeria and are seeking highly motivated, result oriented individuals to join our team as Field Promoters and Sales Agents.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The primary objective of this role is to drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical e-commerce platform by identifying and onboarding retail pharmacies. As a Field Promoter, you will serve as the face of the brand, engaging with pharmacy owners and managers to demonstrate how our digital solutions can enhance their procurement processes and business growth.

GEOGRAPHIC FOCUS

While this recruitment drive covers various regions in Northern Nigeria, Kano has been identified as a priority location for our current phase of market expansion. Candidates based in or familiar with the Kano metropolitan area and its environs are highly encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and visit retail pharmacies within assigned territories to introduce the Medicare Supply Chain platform.

2. Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of digital procurement and supply chain optimization.

3. Successfully onboard and register pharmacies onto the e-commerce portal.

4. Provide basic technical support and guidance to new users during the initial registration phase.

5. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Prospective candidates must be self driven individuals with a strong orientation toward sales and community engagement. You should possess an intimate knowledge of the local geography and the locations of pharmacies within your area. Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications is mandatory, as all onboarding activities are managed digitally. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are ready to earn based on their tangible results and who possess the resilience required for field operations.
