New Incentives (NI-ABAE) is an evidence-based nonprofit organization committed to increasing childhood vaccination rates across Nigeria. Through strategic incentives and data-driven approaches, the organization works to save lives while maintaining strong values of accountability, integrity, and operational excellence.

The organization is currently recruiting qualified professionals for two key roles: State Field Manager and Human Resources Officer, both offering impactful opportunities within the public health and development sector.

State Field Manager (SFM)

The State Field Manager will oversee and implement program operations within an assigned state, ensuring that vaccination programs are effectively delivered across public health clinics.

Key Responsibilities

The SFM will coordinate state-level operations, manage budgets, track KPIs such as immunization rates and coverage, and ensure timely reporting through tools like myDay. The role also involves stakeholder engagement with government and health partners, organizing trainings, supervising field teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Additionally, the SFM will lead project execution, manage security awareness in operational areas, and support performance management systems to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is an added advantage)
  • 3–5 years of relevant field experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills
  • Fluency in English (Hausa is highly desirable)
  • Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure

Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes, particularly within Northern Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating recruitment activities at the LGA level, managing onboarding processes (including pension and NHF registration), and maintaining accurate employee records. The officer will also promote job opportunities, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth HR operations across assigned locations.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Residency in North West Nigeria is preferred
  • Knowledge of Hausa and other local languages is an advantage
