Call for Applications: Youth Participation Support for Women Deliver 2026 Conference
YouthHub Africa has opened applications for young leaders in Nigeria to participate in the upcoming Women Deliver 2026 Conference. The event is scheduled to take place in Melbourne, Australia from 27–30 April 2026.
The opportunity is part of the Elevating Youth Voices Initiative, which aims to support passionate youth advocates working to advance gender equality and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In addition, the initiative is designed to strengthen the voices and participation of young leaders. It is for those who are actively involved in addressing gender-based challenges within their communities.
Through this initiative, selected young advocates will be supported to attend the global conference. Leaders, activists, policymakers, and development partners will gather there to discuss strategies for advancing the rights and opportunities of women and girls worldwide. Moreover, the programme also seeks to strengthen youth capacity in advocacy, alliance building, and policy engagement at both national and international levels.
The initiative particularly focuses on empowering youth working on Gender-Based Violence prevention and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to global conversations. They will exchange knowledge and collaborate with international stakeholders committed to gender equality and social justice.

Eligibility criteria require applicants to be between 18 and 35 years old and to be actively involved in a network, coalition, or organization working on Gender-Based Violence prevention and or Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. Applicants should also demonstrate experience in advocacy or community engagement related to these issues. Candidates must be available to travel for the conference dates and must possess a valid international passport.
