Who Can Apply?
Young people who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Must reside in Katsina State.
- Must be a tertiary institution graduate, NYSC graduate, out-of-school youth, or young person engaged in informal trades or apprenticeships.
- Must have a genuine interest in employment, entrepreneurship or skills development.
Available Slots
The workshop will accommodate 150 participants across the three senatorial zones:
- Katsina Central: 50 participants
- Katsina North: 50 participants
- Katsina South: 50 participants
What You Will Learn
Participants will gain practical skills in:
- Understanding the labour market and identifying career opportunities.
- CV and résumé writing, cover letters and professional digital profiles.
- Interview preparation and mock interviews.
- Communication, teamwork, time management and workplace etiquette.
- Personal career planning, mentorship and referral opportunities.
Who Is Encouraged to Apply?
Applications are particularly encouraged from young women, persons with disabilities and young people from underserved rural communities across Katsina State.
