Role Overview
The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for managing customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. The role requires individuals who can effectively communicate, handle customer concerns, and contribute to overall service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation of all interactions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with organizational expectations
- Support customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of HND (Upper Credit) or BSc (Second Class Lower and above)
- Must have completed the NYSC program
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience (preferably in customer service or call center roles)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Additional Criteria
- Applicants must be 35 years old or below
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
