Business Development Officer Position Available at Jesnoch International, Abuja.

Jesnoch International is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive sustainable growth and expand our portfolio. This junior to mid-level role reports to the CEO and focuses on fundraising, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support fundraising initiatives, grant identification, and proposal writing

● Build and maintain partnerships with donors and stakeholders

● Conduct market analysis and contribute to new project development

● Assist research team with program evaluations and assessments

● Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation

● Create interactive dashboards and manage organizational databases

● Coordinate with internal teams and represent Jesnoch at networking events

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or related field

● 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships (NGO/development sector preferred)

● Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and analytical skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite

● Tech-savvy, self-driven, team player with high integrity
