Edge Hopebuilders Youth and Women Initiative is officially inviting applications from visionary youths and women across Nigeria. This initiative is a strategic platform designed to cultivate a new generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers dedicated to personal excellence and community transformation.
Our mission is to bridge the gap in leadership and economic participation by equipping participants with the essential skills, professional mentorship, and practical opportunities required to drive sustainable development, good governance, and social impact within their respective communities.
Program Focus Areas
Participants will engage in structured modules and field-based activities centered on:
• Leadership and Governance: Building the capacity for ethical leadership and active citizenship.
• Social Innovation: Developing creative solutions to grassroots and community-level challenges.
• Economic Empowerment: Enhancing entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy for women and youth.
• Community Development: Implementing high-impact projects that contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a high level of commitment and a track record (or strong potential) for social impact.
• Target Group: Highly motivated young people and women.
• Educational Qualifications: Applicants must hold a minimum of an NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Mindset: A passionate interest in leadership, grassroots advocacy, and community-based development.
• Commitment: Applicants must be willing to commit the necessary time and energy to participate fully in all scheduled program activities and projects.
