🔍 Job Summary
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and driving deposit mobilization while delivering excellent banking services. The role plays a key part in achieving the bank’s commercial objectives through customer engagement, product cross-selling, and consistent service delivery.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and grow the branch deposit base (CASA focus)
- Manage assigned customer portfolios and ensure active account usage
- Market and cross-sell banking products such as savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, cards, and e-channels
- Support consumer lending products where applicable
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Participate in sales campaigns and community marketing initiatives
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual performance targets
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of retail banking operations and products

- Strong sales and deposit mobilization skills
- Basic credit analysis knowledge
- Excellent customer relationship management ability
- Understanding of KYC and AML regulations
