CENSCOPE is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in Borno State. We are a mission driven organization committed to delivering impactful programs through strong management, accountability, and community engagement. The following positions are currently open.

Program Manager

The Program Manager will provide overall leadership for project planning, implementation, and reporting. The role requires coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring donor compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should have a relevant university degree, strong experience in program management within humanitarian or development settings, and proven leadership and coordination skills.

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

The M and E Manager will design and oversee monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems. Responsibilities include developing indicators, data collection tools, analysis, reporting, and supporting evidence based decision making. Applicants should have strong analytical skills, experience with M and E frameworks, and a background in development or humanitarian programs.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with donor and organizational policies. The role includes supervising financial staff, managing audits, and ensuring transparent financial systems. Candidates should have professional qualifications in finance or accounting and demonstrated experience managing project finances.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support day to day project implementation, coordination of activities, field supervision, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with partners and community stakeholders. Applicants should have relevant experience in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

EORE Instructors

EORE Instructors will deliver Explosive Ordnance Risk Education sessions to targeted communities. Responsibilities include community engagement, facilitation of training sessions, reporting, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates should have experience in community based training, strong communication skills, and knowledge of EORE or related fields.

Media and Communication Officer

The Media and Communication Officer will manage internal and external communications, content development, media engagement, and visibility materials. The role includes documenting project activities, managing social and digital media content, and supporting advocacy efforts. Applicants should have a background in communications, journalism, or media, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
