Applications are now open for the 2026 Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S) Internship at BP. This 12-month, full-time internship offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of global energy trading, shipping, and international commerce.
As part of the Marketing and Origination team, you will work alongside experienced professionals across regions including Lagos, London, Luanda, and Accra. You’ll be exposed to diverse activities such as trade finance, shipping operations, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis—building a strong foundation for a career in energy and commodities trading.
What You’ll Do
- Support trading and shipping operations across multiple markets
- Assist with market research, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to customer-focused commercial solutions
- Manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum CGPA of 3.2
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Must have graduated between January 2023 and December 2025
- Open to Nigerian citizens
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High level of adaptability, curiosity, and digital fluency
