TotalEnergies, in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) and other partners, is pleased to announce the commencement of the 2026/2027 International Master’s Degree Scholarship Programme.
As part of our commitment to human capital development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Nigeria, we are seeking exceptional Nigerian graduates who are motivated to pursue postgraduate studies in top-tier international universities. This prestigious scholarship is designed to cultivate a pipeline of highly skilled professionals who will contribute to the energy transition and the sustainable development of the Nigerian economy.
Target Fields of Study
The scholarship primarily focuses on (but is not limited to) the following disciplines:
• Engineering: Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, and Renewable Energy.
• Geosciences: Geology and Geophysics.
• Management & Social Sciences: Business Administration, Economics, Law, and International Relations.
Eligibility Criteria
Prospective applicants must meet the following stringent requirements to be considered:
1. Nationality: Must be a citizen of Nigeria.
2. Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in a relevant field.
3. National Service: Applicants must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at the time of application.
4. Academic Status: Applicants should have already applied for or secured admission into an international Master’s program for the 2026/2027 academic session (typically in France or other designated international institutions).
5. Age Limit: Applicants should generally be within the age bracket stipulated by the scholarship board (usually under 30 years).
