Our client is a leading agro chemical and commodity trading conglomerate in Nigeria.

1. Chief Executive Officer

The most suited candidate must ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources.

2. Admin and Media Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the visibility of the WECAN Forum, managing the platform’s reputation, developing, and driving advocacy and  communications coalitions toward its objectives, and promoting its brand among target audiences both in Northern Nigeria and Africa.

3. Hub Manager

The key responsibilities of the Hub Manager will be overseeing the successful planning and implementation of the WECAN activities in the Hub; including mobilization of women for Agribusiness development and other project interventions under WECAN in the LGAs.

4. Chief Operations Officer 

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects that are assigned by the organization.

This includes directing the activities of team members, managing resources, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. The Operations Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the project meets customer expectations.

5. Environmental and Social Governance Officer

The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives related to sustainability, and health and safety within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, promoting socially responsible practices, and enhancing overall ESG performance indicators related to processing operations focusing on WECAN and resource use reduction.

6. Gender and Culture Officer

The Gender and culture Officer is responsible for Undertaking policy analysis and analytical work on effective ways to address gender inequalities and promote women’s empowerment in agriculture, food security, livelihood and rural development.
