Role Summary
The Admin Support staff will assist the Gombe State office operations unit to ensure smooth administrative processes documentation and timely vendor and personnel payments under the SARMAAN II project
Rationale
The role is created to reduce workload on the operations unit improve response time and ensure proper documentation and completion of administrative and payment processes
Purpose of Assignment
Provide administrative and operational support to the Gombe office during the project implementation period
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Coordinate with the Procurement and Admin Officer on vendor payments and retirements
Review scan and print documents related to procurement and payments
Ensure proper filing of all administrative documents
Maintain organized filing systems both physical and electronic
Operations Support
Maintain inventory of office materials and supplies
Support documentation for AZM MDA related activities
Assist with general office administrative duties as assigned
Deliverables
Ensure complete documentation for all vendor payments
Provide a report on the status of vendor payments
Submit a compiled record of all administrative and logistical activities
Handover all files documents and electronic data to the State Project Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social or Management Sciences
Minimum of one year experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication interpersonal and planning skills
Experience in document control and office administration
Additional Advantages
Previous experience with Malaria Consortium or Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention programs
