Talent Lab Ltd is currently recruiting Data Analysts to support program implementation across several states in Nigeria, including Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Yobe, Niger, and Kaduna. The organization seeks qualified professionals with experience in data management and analysis who can contribute to evidence-based decision-making and effective program delivery.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Demography, Biostatistics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and PowerPoint is also required. In addition, candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
The selected Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases and dashboards to manage program data effectively. The role includes supporting geo-coordinate analysis for settlements, ensuring all planned locations are accurately captured. The analyst will also work closely with the State Immunization Officer and State Coordinator to ensure timely submission and review of tally sheets. Other responsibilities include conducting data quality assessments, validating data from multiple sources, identifying gaps, and generating reports to guide planning and interventions.
