The Youth Development Centre, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library is announcing the portal opening for the fifth edition of the Presidential Youth Mentorship Retreat with His Excellency, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, and they are inviting all interested candidates to submit their participation interest by completing the form here:
