IEEE Region 8 Humanitarian Technology Activities Committee and the IEEE Tech4Good have launched the 2024 Community Support Program joint call for project proposals with a closing date of 06 September. The Community Support Program is focused on supporting local communities through appropriate use of technological innovation. As preparation for submitting such proposals, the teams are usually expected to cooperate with a local community to undertake a needs assessment to identify community-specific challenges that can be addressed through appropriate use of technological innovation.
