About the Role 

FitCare Health is a premium wellness and lifestyle brand committed to excellence, innovation, and aesthetic sophistication. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital presence, brand campaigns, and customer growth initiatives.

This is a leadership role designed for a professional with a proven track record in high-performing marketing teams, creative agencies, or premium consumer brands. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern brand storytelling and the technical expertise to optimize digital sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities 

•  Strategic Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches to drive revenue and brand equity. 

•  Content Direction: Define the creative vision for the brand; directing the digital team on high-impact content for social media and web platforms. 

•  Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics, ensuring consistent growth and high engagement rates. 

•  Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers and brand partners that align with our premium identity. 

•  Brand Consistency: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every touchpoint—from digital assets to customer communication—reflects our brand standards. 

•  Data-Driven Growth: Track marketing performance and implement continuous improvements based on data insights and viral market trends.

Required Experience & Qualifications 

•  Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Growth roles. 

•  Industry Focus: Prior experience with premium brands in the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury consumer sectors is essential. 

•  Technical Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Instagram algorithms, online sales funnels, and current viral content trends. 

•  International Standards: Previous experience working with international agencies or brands (UK/US standards) is considered a distinct advantage. 

•  Proximity: Candidates must reside within Lekki Phase 1 or within a very close commutable distance to ensure consistent on-site presence.

Software & Systems Proficiency 

The successful candidate must be proficient in: 

•  Marketing Tools: Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business. 

•  Design & Creative: Canva, AI Prompting, and basic design principles. 

•  Operational Tools: Google Drive, Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
