About the Role
FitCare Health is a fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brand dedicated to premium quality and modern aesthetics. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator & Digital Lead to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end production of digital content—from ideation and filming to editing and publishing. You will work in a high-energy environment alongside the Marketing Manager and Social Media team to deliver premium-quality content that drives engagement and supports our sales objectives across Instagram, TikTok, and our official website.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Production: Concept, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, and Stories) that aligns with the brand’s premium identity.
• Digital Management: Maintain and update the brand website, including the uploading of product images, website banners, and written copy.
• AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to assist in creating scripts, generating images, and streamlining video production.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital assets are clean, modern, and visually consistent with the brand’s wellness focus.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that align with current lifestyle trends and business goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital media, content creation, or a similar creative role.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in mobile and professional video editing software.
• AI Literacy: Demonstrated confidence in using AI-driven tools for creative output.
• Web Literacy: Experience with website backend management (CMS) for basic content updates.
• Attention to Detail: A strong visual eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition.
• Location: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
