A reputable commercial bank is recruiting experienced banking professionals for Relationship Manager positions across multiple locations in Nigeria.
This opportunity is suitable for qualified banking professionals with strong experience in liability generation, deposit mobilisation, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and business development.
ELIGIBLE STAFF GRADES
Applications are open to candidates currently working at the following banking grades:
- Assistant Banking Officer (ABO)
- Banking Officer (BO)
- Senior Banking Officer (SBO)
- Assistant Manager (AM)
AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Assistant Banking Officer (ABO): 32–34 years
- Banking Officer (BO): 35–37 years
- Senior Banking Officer (SBO): 37–39 years
- Assistant Manager (AM): 40–42 years
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a B.Sc. with Second Class Lower Division (2:2); OR HND Upper Credit plus a master’s degree.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
- At least five O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must currently be employed in the banking sector.
- Candidates from Microfinance Banks are not eligible.
- Proven experience in liability generation, deposit mobilisation, and portfolio growth.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent customer acquisition and retention capabilities.
- Good understanding of retail, commercial, and SME banking opportunities.
- Established professional networks within the target locations and surrounding business areas.
- Strong knowledge of the local business environment.
- Ability to support business development and deposit mobilisation in assigned branches.
- CASA performance requirement: not less than ₦2 billion, as stated in the recruitment announcement.
