Job Opportunity: Enumerator at Diadem Consults Initiative Limited/GTE
Diadem Consults Initiative Limited/GTE, a leading solution and service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Enumerator. As an Enumerator, you will play a crucial role in collecting field data from humanitarian intervention beneficiaries and supporting qualitative and quantitative survey data management.
_Key Responsibilities:_
– Collect field data from humanitarian intervention beneficiaries
– Support qualitative and quantitative survey data management
– Complete daily assigned tasks and submit collated notes to supervisor
– Support documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and proven innovations in program design
_Eligibility Criteria:_
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related field (e.g., international development, public health, evaluation, statistics, or economics)
– At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in designing, managing, and implementing results-based monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities
– Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection
– Practical expertise in data collection for research
_Desirable Skills:_
– Experience in field research and assessment for donor-funded projects
– Expertise in conducting assessments, data collection, document/data review, transcription of survey recordings, and narrative report writing
– Proficiency in ODK and Microsoft Office suites
– Well-developed people skills in communication and relationship building
– Good people management attributes and excellent verbal communication skills.
_Language Requirements:_
– English: Written and Verbal
– Verbal skills in at least two Nigerian languages (e.g., Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Efik, Kanuri, Pidgin, or Uroboh)
